Samantha MacDonald BA (Hons) DipHe MBACP 

is a Counselling Psychotherapist and member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP) as well as the Federation of Drug & Alcohol Professionals (FDAP).

Based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, Samantha has had a successful career specialising in both addiction and mental health, supporting clients with complex and non-complex needs.

Samantha understands that living with an addiction can present you and your family with multifaceted and complex issues.  Addiction can devastate families and it is often hard to support oneself and family members amongst the chaos that addiction creates. 

Samantha strongly believes that every client and their situation is unique and must be treated as such. She is passionate that every client deserves to be understood. She therefore uses an Integrative approach to tailor her counselling and psychotherapy practice.
